This fall font-pairing series has been running for more than five years, and it is finally time for number four! So here we are with Part 4 and eight new fall-inspired font pairings. I chose a mix of elegant serifs, clean sans serifs, playful handwritten fonts, and bold display typefaces. Use them for cozy farmhouse signs, shirts, mugs, stickers, invitations, gift tags, social-media graphics, and all kinds of Cricut or Silhouette projects.
You would think font pairing guides would have naturally faded away with the rise of AI—but nope, they are still very much needed! AI may be able to do many things, but it still cannot pair fonts quite like a creative person can. There is something special about that personal touch, and I absolutely love seeing how you use my pairings in your own projects.
That brings me back to one of my favorite times for creating—fall. I don’t know what it is about this season, but it always makes me incredibly productive. I love wrapping my hands around a warm mug and staring out the window at nothing in particular. Everything feels still, and somehow, those quiet moments leave me full of ideas. Before I know it, I’m back to experimenting with fonts and creating something new, convinced I can squeeze one more project into my already busy day.
Enough chatter—let’s get back to our little fall tradition! Grab your favorite cuppa, get cozy, and explore my latest font pairings—each chosen to bring a little autumn warmth to your next creative project.

License
At the time of publication, all fonts featured in this post were available on FontSpace for free personal and commercial use—no account or trial required to download them. However, availability and licensing terms may change without notice, so always check each font’s current license before using it in your projects.
Fonts licensed for commercial use can be used for projects that generate income. FontSpace’s licensing FAQ lists examples such as T-shirts you sell, text and graphics in books, logos, business cards, website design, and promotional materials for events that charge admission. However, the designer generally retains copyright—you cannot claim the font as your own, and most licenses do not allow you to sell the font itself. Permissions vary, so check each font’s license before selling digital files, including individual letters or numbers converted into SVGs.
Installing Fonts
To download these fonts, click on font links above. You will be redirected to the font website where you can download chosen fonts.
Font files normally come in .zip folders. Right-click to unzip them. Look for the TrueType (.ttf) or OpenType (.otf) files. Either will work fine. You may also see different variations of the same font, like a condensed, light, or heavy version.
If working on a PC, right-click on the .otf or .ttf font file, and then click Install. On a Mac, double-click on the font file and then install.
Open the application and locate the font. You should be able to see installed fonts across all your apps on your computer.
DISCLAIMER

The acceptable uses under the commercial license vary depending on a foundry or font shop and are subject to change at any time.
