My original post about Free and Fun Things to Do in Houston was published seven years ago, back when I was deep in the trenches of early motherhood. We spent most of our days exploring parks, playgrounds, and all the free family activities we could find—and we loved every minute of it. Houston had so much to offer back then, and I was constantly amazed by how many things we could do without spending a dime. But honestly?
